  1. User will use the content on the following web pages; such content includes, but is not limited to photographs and logos,(collectively herein referred to as the "Materials") provided by Firestone Building Products Company, LLC ("FSBP") in accordance with all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use.
  2. User acknowledges that the Materials and any and all rights therein are cooperatively owned by Firestone Building Products Company, LLC and BFS Brands, LLC ("BFS").
  3. User will use the Materials for the intended purpose of marketing and promotions.
  4. User acknowledges that all Materials are used with the permission of BFS.
  5. User agrees that it will make no claim against FSBP and its related entities in connection with the use of the Materials.Further, User will indemnify FSBP and its related entities for any damage FSBP and its related entities incur related to User's use of the Materials and its obligations under this Terms of Use.
  6. User agrees that all rights in the Materials inure to the benefit of BFS.
  7. User agrees that it retains no rights in or to the Materials.
  8. User will not use the Materials outside of their intended purpose as stated in this Terms of Use.
  9. User will in no way disparage, defame, derogate, or otherwise degrade FSBP and its related entities, its products, or the Materials.
  10. User agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to any advertising promotions.
  11. User has read and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use Any failure to follow said rules and regulations shall require User to immediately cease use of the Materials and, at FSBP's request, either destroy or return any Materials. User shall be liable for any claims and/or damages to FSBP and its related entities.

Firestone Master Contractor Program

Since its inception, the Firestone Master Contractor Program has recognized outstanding contractors who have been responsible for the installation of billions of square feet of warranted Firestone Roofing Systems. This annual award recognizes the owners of Firestone’s top achieving contractor firms in North and Latin America who meet Firestone’s criteria for determining the best of the best! Firestone will award Master Contractor status to the top 250 contractors who accumulate the most Quality Points throughout the year. 

In order to qualify for Master Contractor, a licensed Firestone contractor must complete a minimum of four Red Shield warranted jobs annually, be in financial good standing with Firestone, and maintain a Quality Incidence Rating of less than three times the national Firestone average. Quality Points are earned for the installation of Firestone Warranted Roofing Systems that are warranted by November 14th, 2008.

To ensure you are earning your maximum Quality Points for 2008, the following items must be received by the Roofing Solutions department on or before November 14th, 2008:
                 A Pre-Installation Notice (PIN) with an “Accepted” status on the online PIN system.
                 An approved Roof Drawing (ARD) with the FBPCO number noted.
                 This process can be completed online through the PIN system. For additional details please 
                    contact the Roofing Solutions department at 1-800-428-4511.
                 A Request for Inspection (RFI) with a Completion Date.

Master Contractor Quality Point Example:
A 100,000 ft² warranted fully adhered RubberGard EPDM roofing project is installed with Firestone ISO 95+ (+3 points) and UNA-Clad Edge Metal (+2 points) that receives a Class 1 Inspection rating (+5 points) would earn 1,000,000 Quality Points.
