  7. User agrees that it retains no rights in or to the Materials.

  9. User will in no way disparage, defame, derogate, or otherwise degrade FSBP and its related entities, its products, or the Materials.
  10. User agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to any advertising promotions.
  11. User has read and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use Any failure to follow said rules and regulations shall require User to immediately cease use of the Materials and, at FSBP's request, either destroy or return any Materials. User shall be liable for any claims and/or damages to FSBP and its related entities.

New Firestone Single-Ply Fully Adhered Code Approvals

Firestone is pleased to announce new Factory Mutual (FM) wind uplift ratings for its fully adhered RubberGard EPDM and UltraPly TPO roof systems. Firestone is now able to offer roof assemblies meeting FM 1-90 requirements using its standard ISO 95+ GL polyiso insulation without the use of a cover board or polyiso board with a special facer. 

Previously, fully adhered Firestone assemblies required the use of a coverboard such as OSB in the perimeters and corners of a FM 1-90 system using 2” min ISO 95+ polyiso insulation. These new code approvals allow a fully adhered firestone assembly using 2” minimum ISO 95+ polyiso insulation to meet FM 1-90 system requirements by attaching the insulation at a rate of 8 fasteners per board in the field, 20 fasteners per board in the perimeters and 32 fasteners per board in the corners without the use of a coverboard.
