  1. User will use the content on the following web pages; such content includes, but is not limited to photographs and logos,(collectively herein referred to as the "Materials") provided by Firestone Building Products Company, LLC ("FSBP") in accordance with all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use.
  2. User acknowledges that the Materials and any and all rights therein are cooperatively owned by Firestone Building Products Company, LLC and BFS Brands, LLC ("BFS").
  3. User will use the Materials for the intended purpose of marketing and promotions.
  4. User acknowledges that all Materials are used with the permission of BFS.
  5. User agrees that it will make no claim against FSBP and its related entities in connection with the use of the Materials.Further, User will indemnify FSBP and its related entities for any damage FSBP and its related entities incur related to User's use of the Materials and its obligations under this Terms of Use.
  6. User agrees that all rights in the Materials inure to the benefit of BFS.
  7. User agrees that it retains no rights in or to the Materials.
  8. User will not use the Materials outside of their intended purpose as stated in this Terms of Use.
  9. User will in no way disparage, defame, derogate, or otherwise degrade FSBP and its related entities, its products, or the Materials.
  10. User agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to any advertising promotions.
  11. User has read and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use Any failure to follow said rules and regulations shall require User to immediately cease use of the Materials and, at FSBP's request, either destroy or return any Materials. User shall be liable for any claims and/or damages to FSBP and its related entities.

▪A Firestone Red Shield™ Warranty guarantees a quality roof for the owner that is maintained and supported for decades to come.

▪If the building is sold during the warranty coverage period, the active warranty may be transferred to the new owner.

▪When a warranty is transferred, the Warranty Services department will relay this information to the contractor who originally installed the roof.

▪This notification allows the contractor to introduce himself to the new owner.

▪The working relationship between the contractor and building owner is important for eliminating any gaps in maintenance service provision.
