  3. User will use the Materials for the intended purpose of marketing and promotions.
  4. User acknowledges that all Materials are used with the permission of BFS.
  5. User agrees that it will make no claim against FSBP and its related entities in connection with the use of the Materials.Further, User will indemnify FSBP and its related entities for any damage FSBP and its related entities incur related to User's use of the Materials and its obligations under this Terms of Use.
  6. User agrees that all rights in the Materials inure to the benefit of BFS.
  7. User agrees that it retains no rights in or to the Materials.
  8. User will not use the Materials outside of their intended purpose as stated in this Terms of Use.
  9. User will in no way disparage, defame, derogate, or otherwise degrade FSBP and its related entities, its products, or the Materials.
  10. User agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to any advertising promotions.
  11. User has read and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use Any failure to follow said rules and regulations shall require User to immediately cease use of the Materials and, at FSBP's request, either destroy or return any Materials. User shall be liable for any claims and/or damages to FSBP and its related entities.

Tan UltraPly TPO Membrane Meets New California Title 24 Requirements

On August 1, 2009, a new version of the California Energy Efficiency Standards for Residential and Nonresidential Buildings (Title 24) will take effect. These standards define cool roofs in California to have a minimum three-year aged reflectance of 0.55 and a minimum thermal emittance of 0.75 for low-sloped nonresidential buildings.

Firestone is pleased to announce that Tan UltraPly TPO meets these new requirements.
UltraPly Tan TPO membrane is listed with the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC), and it has achieved an aged solar reflectance of 0.55 and an initial emittance of 0.81. These values exceed the new Title 24 requirements. The table below is from the CRRC web site and can be accessed at www.coolroofs.org.
 
California’s Title 24 is one of the most stringent state-legislated energy standards in the country, and providing our customers with a Tan UltraPly TPO membrane which meets these standards is another example of why Nobody Covers You Better than Firestone!
