Firestone Inner Circle of Quality Award
The Firestone Inner Circle of Quality Award is one of the most prestigious honors in the commercial roofing industry. It is awarded to Master Contractors who install a minimum of four warranted Firestone roofs in each of the past five years, maintain at least two million square feet of Firestone roofs under warranty, and achieve an annual Firestone Quality Incidence Rating of 2.0 or less.
Contractors who earn the Inner Circle of Quality Award are recognized at Firestone’s annual Master Contractor Event and will receive regional and local publicity promoting the achievement. In addition, Inner Circle of Quality Award winners will be eligible to participate in Firestone’s Community Service Program and Inner Circle Insurance Program. For a complete list of Inner Circle of Quality incentives, please download the Quality Programs brochure.
Inner Circle Insurance ProgramFirestone Building Products is pleased to offer an affordable nationwide insurance program that focuses on the largest insurance expense items for contractors; general liability, workers’ compensation and auto insurance. These coverages are underwritten by Arch Insurance, an “A” rated insurance company and reinsured by Inner Circle Insurance (ICI), a captive insurance company backed by the financial stability of Firestone and its parent organization Firestone Diversified Products, LLC. Contractors that are Quality Award Winners or Partners In Quality automatically qualify for the insurance program. With the help of our insurance broker partner Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management, competitive proposals are provided based on meeting underwriting criteria, including an excellent historical safety record and claims history. Community Service ProgramSince 1999, this program has rewarded participating contractors with a standard material credit for Firestone products installed as part of a donated labor community service project. Firestone Inner Circle of Quality and Partner in Quality Award recipients are eligible to participate in the previous year’s program. Firestone materials qualifying for purchase credits include RubberGard EPDM, ISO 95+ polyiso insulation, UltraPly TPO, asphalt-based and metal roofing systems and roofing accessories such as the QuickSeam Tape System.2011 Community Purchase Credit Form (82.2Kb)
