  2. User acknowledges that the Materials and any and all rights therein are cooperatively owned by Firestone Building Products Company, LLC and BFS Brands, LLC (“BFS”).
  3. User will use the Materials for the intended purpose of marketing and promotions.
  4. User acknowledges that all Materials are used with the permission of BFS.
  5. User agrees that it will make no claim against FSBP and its related entities in connection with the use of the Materials.Further, User will indemnify FSBP and its related entities for any damage FSBP and its related entities incur related to User’s use of the Materials and its obligations under this Terms of Use.
  6. User agrees that all rights in the Materials inure to the benefit of BFS.
  7. User agrees that it retains no rights in or to the Materials.
  8. User will not use the Materials outside of their intended purpose as stated in this Terms of Use.
  9. User will in no way disparage, defame, derogate, or otherwise degrade FSBP and its related entities, its products, or the Materials.
  10. User agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to any advertising promotions.
  11. User has read and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use Any failure to follow said rules and regulations shall require User to immediately cease use of the Materials and, at FSBP’s request, either destroy or return any Materials. User shall be liable for any claims and/or damages to FSBP and its related entities.

One-Day Workshops
Held throughout North America, Building Products University One-Day Workshops offer a condensed version of Firestone’s comprehensive Three-Day Seminars. One-Day Workshops provide a broad perspective on a variety of roofing systems, materials, components, design elements and considerations, maintenance and more. Information is not biased toward any single manufacturer or roofing system, rather it is tailored to participant’s specific needs and includes critical topics, such as warranty coverage and market trends. The format blends classroom activities with open discussion, ensuring all attendee’s needs are addressed, such as geographic considerations, local code requirements and specification concerns. 

 

Registration and TuitionRegister online to attend and you will receive an attendance confirmation by mail or e-mail within two weeks. The maximum class size per seminar is 40. Classes fill up quickly, so please register as soon as possible. You may request to be put on a waiting list. Tuition for the workshop is $50 per person and payment must be received 10 days prior to the program. Please make checks payable to Firestone Building Products University. Special arrangements can be made for direct billing. Cancellations under 10 days will forfeit the prepaid fee.
