Fox Valley Orthopedic Institute is the main surgical facility of the two-building complex in Genva, IL. The roof was installed with 10,000 square feet of 60-mil Firestone RubberGard EPDM and 12,000 square feet of Firestone’s UNA-CLAD UC-4 metal roofing panels. The second building of the complex is the Soderquist Court Facility and this roofing project features 26,000 square feet of RubberGard EPDM and 6,000 square feet of UNA-CLAD UC-4. 

The roof was installed by Olsson Roofing Company.

User agrees that it will make no claim against FSBP and its related entities in connection with the use of the Materials.Further, User will indemnify FSBP and its related entities for any damage FSBP and its related entities incur related to User's use of the Materials and its obligations under this Terms of Use.
  6. User agrees that all rights in the Materials inure to the benefit of BFS.
  7. User agrees that it retains no rights in or to the Materials.
  8. User will not use the Materials outside of their intended purpose as stated in this Terms of Use.
  9. User will in no way disparage, defame, derogate, or otherwise degrade FSBP and its related entities, its products, or the Materials.
  10. User agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to any advertising promotions.
  11. User has read and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use Any failure to follow said rules and regulations shall require User to immediately cease use of the Materials and, at FSBP's request, either destroy or return any Materials. User shall be liable for any claims and/or damages to FSBP and its related entities.
