  2. User acknowledges that the Materials and any and all rights therein are cooperatively owned by Firestone Building Products Company, LLC and BFS Brands, LLC ("BFS").
  3. User will use the Materials for the intended purpose of marketing and promotions.
  4. User acknowledges that all Materials are used with the permission of BFS.
  5. User agrees that it will make no claim against FSBP and its related entities in connection with the use of the Materials.Further, User will indemnify FSBP and its related entities for any damage FSBP and its related entities incur related to User's use of the Materials and its obligations under this Terms of Use.
  6. User agrees that all rights in the Materials inure to the benefit of BFS.
  7. User agrees that it retains no rights in or to the Materials.
  8. User will not use the Materials outside of their intended purpose as stated in this Terms of Use.
  9. User will in no way disparage, defame, derogate, or otherwise degrade FSBP and its related entities, its products, or the Materials.
  10. User agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to any advertising promotions.
  11. User has read and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use Any failure to follow said rules and regulations shall require User to immediately cease use of the Materials and, at FSBP's request, either destroy or return any Materials. User shall be liable for any claims and/or damages to FSBP and its related entities.

The Firestone SunWave Daylighting System is a premium daylighting product for the commercial roofing industry.

Featuring a double-glazed, acrylic, prismatic layered dome, SunWave provides the highest visible light transmittance with superior light distribution, compared to sunlight domes. Over 4,000 tiny prisms per square foot refract, direct and diffuse sunlight into thousands of micro sunbeams. This technology will keep rooms bright enough to decrease the use of indoor electrical lighting up to 70% during daylight hours.

SunWave’s innovative design catches up to 20% more light at low angles than standard shapes and transmits more light to the work plane area without producing glare, hot spots or UV damage to interior merchandise. It is equipped with an insulated, condensation-resistant, thermally-broken frame and integrated exterior weeping wells, eliminating the buildup of moisture in the frame. After passing a 200 lb drop test from 2 feet above the highest part of the dome, the dome has proven to be 50% stronger than building codes require. Hail and wind resistant, the dome is approved for use in Class 3 Hail Risk Zones and High Velocity Hurricane Zones. 
 
SunWave curbs support the domes and come in a variety of sizes and gauge thicknesses, in either metal or wood. All curbs (insulated or non-insulated) come with a built-in Safe-Security Guard for fall protection in compliance with OSHA regulations. UL rated and FM approved SunWave smoke hatches are also available with two domes side-by-side, providing both fire safety and daylighting.

Substantial energy savings and available local and federal government incentives or rebates for daylighting translate into a short-term payback of as little as three years for installing the system. In addition, it also offers greater energy efficiency over the long term, reducing the pollution of water and air and the production of greenhouse gases.
