  2. User acknowledges that the Materials and any and all rights therein are cooperatively owned by Firestone Building Products Company, LLC and BFS Brands, LLC (“BFS”).
  3. User will use the Materials for the intended purpose of marketing and promotions.
  4. User acknowledges that all Materials are used with the permission of BFS.
  5. User agrees that it will make no claim against FSBP and its related entities in connection with the use of the Materials.Further, User will indemnify FSBP and its related entities for any damage FSBP and its related entities incur related to User’s use of the Materials and its obligations under this Terms of Use.
  6. User agrees that all rights in the Materials inure to the benefit of BFS.
  7. User agrees that it retains no rights in or to the Materials.
  8. User will not use the Materials outside of their intended purpose as stated in this Terms of Use.
  9. User will in no way disparage, defame, derogate, or otherwise degrade FSBP and its related entities, its products, or the Materials.
  10. User agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to any advertising promotions.
  11. User has read and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use Any failure to follow said rules and regulations shall require User to immediately cease use of the Materials and, at FSBP’s request, either destroy or return any Materials. User shall be liable for any claims and/or damages to FSBP and its related entities.

The EnviroReady Roofing System and Warranty is a comprehensive program that lets users install a high quality conventional roof today and upgrade it with green roofing technology, including photovoltaic and garden systems, for up to seven years from installation. This limited warranty can be applied to pre-approved conventional Firestone RubberGard EPDM roofing systems and UltraPly TPO roofing systems.

The EnviroReady Roofing System and Warranty will give building owners the assurance that no service interruptions in coverage will occur before, during or after environmental roofing upgrades.  This exclusive program covers inspections before and after installation of new green upgrades. Firestone also provides premium system offerings with 20-, 25- and 30- year warranty options to help users achieve their sustainable building goals.
