Firestone is pleased to announce that recent testing at Air Quality Sciences has resulted in a positive showing for three Firestone polyiso insulation products. RESISTA, ISOGARD HD and ISO 95+ GL are now recognized by the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute as resistant or highly resistant to mold growth based on independent testing using GREENGUARD test method GGTM.P040 for microbial resistance. This method, which meets the requirements of ASTM D6329, indicates the product’s resistance to mold growth at adverse conditions.
 
The test is conducted by inoculating the samples with spores of Penicillium brevicompactum and transferring to a static environmental chamber maintained at 95% relative humidity and 25°C (77°F). These samples are then incubated for three weeks to determine the susceptibility to the growth of mold. Once the samples are removed, they are ranked on a scale of 1 (highly susceptible to mold growth) to 4 (highly resistant to mold growth).

  7. User agrees that it retains no rights in or to the Materials.
  8. User will not use the Materials outside of their intended purpose as stated in this Terms of Use.
  9. User will in no way disparage, defame, derogate, or otherwise degrade FSBP and its related entities, its products, or the Materials.
  10. User agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to any advertising promotions.
  11. User has read and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use Any failure to follow said rules and regulations shall require User to immediately cease use of the Materials and, at FSBP's request, either destroy or return any Materials. User shall be liable for any claims and/or damages to FSBP and its related entities.
