When Firestone’s UNA-CLAD metal roofing is used by homeowners for reroofing, they are eligible for a tax credit.
- How much? 30% of the material cost (up to $1500).
- This tax credit provides homeowners who use an ENERGY STAR® listed qualified roof product to reroof their primary residence for a savings of 30% of the material cost (up to $1500).
- The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 extended this tax credit under Section 25C of the Internal Revenue Code until December 31, 2010.
