Firestone Building Products is pleased to introduce the Firestone UltraPly TPO InvisiWeld System. It is a high performance, non-penetrating TPO membrane fastening system that includes a special TPO coated Firestone UltraPly InvisiWeld plate fastened with Heavy Duty, Heavy Duty Plus or Purlin fasteners and used to attach Firestone approved insulation boards. After laying out the TPO membrane over the plates, an induction welding tool is placed over each plate and within 6 seconds, the plate is welded to the underside of TPO membrane. It’s that simple! Saving you time, labor and material.

Other advantages of this system are:
  • Elimination of seam plates and fasteners, saving installation time.
  • Elimination of half TPO sheets at perimeters and corners.
  • A 3” lap means less membrane waste, as opposed to a 6” lap for in-seam mechanically attached TPO systems.
  • Minimal wind flutter or membrane fatigue due to a more even load distribution over the membrane.
  • Extended roofing season since the InvisiWeld installation works well in extreme cold environments whereadhesives and asphalt are difficult to use.
  • Increased savings with material and labor due to no mechanical seam attachment and by following a simple grid-like pattern of induction welding the plates.
  • High wind uplift ratings.
  • Meets or exceeds Factory Mutual (FM) Approvals and requirements.
  • VOC free roofing system.

  6. User agrees that all rights in the Materials inure to the benefit of BFS.
  7. User agrees that it retains no rights in or to the Materials.

  9. User will in no way disparage, defame, derogate, or otherwise degrade FSBP and its related entities, its products, or the Materials.
  10. User agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to any advertising promotions.
  11. User has read and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use Any failure to follow said rules and regulations shall require User to immediately cease use of the Materials and, at FSBP's request, either destroy or return any Materials. User shall be liable for any claims and/or damages to FSBP and its related entities.
