Introducing FirestoneRoof

The FirestoneRoof mobile web app is a free, convenient way for building owners, facility managers, roofing consultants and others charged with maintaining commercial roofing systems to connect with Firestone. The app is available for use on mobile phones equipped with Internet access, with options to e-mail a request or click-to-talk with a representative.

 
The FirestoneRoof mobile web app has the following features:

  • Ask a local expert – Submit questions regarding commercial roofing systems/components to Firestone’s Quality Building Services team.
  • Report a leaky roof – Immediately report a roof leak or other maintenance issue on a warranted or non-warranted commercial roof while on-site through mobile technology.
  • Request an in-depth roof analysis – Request an on-site visit and detailed assessment from a local roof services provider. (Minimum cost plus expenses).
  • GPS locator and image upload – Share detailed location and issue information to help the service team find, and in many cases, identify your roofing problem.
  

To download the app, AT&T and Verizon customers using an iPhone or iPad can search for “FirestoneRoof” in the iTunes App Store.

Verizon, Sprint, Nextel, Boost Mobile, Alltel and U.S. Cellular customers can text “FBP” to 84773 from their mobile phone to have a direct link to the mobile web application immediately sent to your phone. Once received, you will need to save or bookmark the link for future use. The app will be available on the T-Mobile network in the coming weeks.

  4. User acknowledges that all Materials are used with the permission of BFS.
  5. User agrees that it will make no claim against FSBP and its related entities in connection with the use of the Materials.Further, User will indemnify FSBP and its related entities for any damage FSBP and its related entities incur related to User's use of the Materials and its obligations under this Terms of Use.
  6. User agrees that all rights in the Materials inure to the benefit of BFS.
  7. User agrees that it retains no rights in or to the Materials.
  8. User will not use the Materials outside of their intended purpose as stated in this Terms of Use.
  9. User will in no way disparage, defame, derogate, or otherwise degrade FSBP and its related entities, its products, or the Materials.
  10. User agrees that it is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to any advertising promotions.
  11. User has read and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth in this Terms of Use Any failure to follow said rules and regulations shall require User to immediately cease use of the Materials and, at FSBP's request, either destroy or return any Materials. User shall be liable for any claims and/or damages to FSBP and its related entities.
